Rahsaan's research analyzes ethnic minority migrant integration with a particular focus on West Europe.  He received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2008 and is currently developing a book manuscript that analyzes the relationships among political incorporation, economic incorporation, and social incorporation for ethnic minority migrants in Britain and France.  His work also explores religious politics, urban politics, political participation, and political behavior.
